Initially formed in 2001, o2c strategically aligns itself with producers and distributors of unique programming targeting the international marketplace.  The company provides consulting, development, and content distribution for producers and distributors using o2c’s firsthand expertise in the content distribution and brand development. o2c offers its clients specific solutions with opportunities to expand distribution and programming revenue.

Currently o2c distributes programming to traditional television and home video outlets, HDTV networks, mobile phone networks, and other ancillary distribution avenues through agreements with various clients and producers.


The company was formed in 2001 by Dorothy Crompton and Jeff Houser. Crompton and Houser first met working in international program distribution for the E! Networks and since then have built their careers around worldwide distribution and acquisitions of television programs.

With over a decade of hands on experience, Crompton has amassed a wealth of international sales experience, contacts, and key alliances from previous sales positions

including E! Networks, Unapix Entertainment and Promark Entertainment Group, Rive Gauche Entertainment. Crompton continues her strategic alliance with Promark’s Non-Fiction Division, a consulting relationship that has been ongoing since 2001.

Houser most recently worked at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) in the Worldwide Television Group as the North American Pay-Per-View Director of Sales. Houser’s talents are best demonstrated through his experience with a major studio, a cable television network and an international lending organization for film financing.

o2c exhibits and/or attends the leading international television & communications markets such as: 3GSM, NATPE, MIP-TV, MIPCOM, WAEA, LA SCREENINGS and ATF.
