Initially formed in 2001, o2c strategically aligns itself with producers and distributors of television programming targeting the international broadcast community. The company provides consulting, development, library valuation and content distribution for producers and distributors using o2c's expertise in the content distribution industry. o2c offers its clients specific solutions with opportunities to expand distribution and programming revenue. This includes, building and managing program distribution organizations, providing marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue goals and strategically exploiting all broadcast windows of programming assets to maximize revenues.

Currently o2c distributes television programming to traditional television outlets and all other distribution avenues of programming delivery by working in conjunction with various clients and producers. The company was formed and is led by industry veterans Dorothy Crompton and Jeff Houser. Crompton and Houser first met working in international program distribution for the E! Networks in the nineties and since then have built their careers and the company around worldwide distribution and acquisitions of television programs. With over three decades of combined experience, Crompton and Houser have amassed a wealth of international sales experience, with proven relationships with international TV networks and also within the production community. o2c has worked for a diverse group of companies, from major studios to smaller distribution and production entities such as: MGM, Eyeworks, Rive Gauche Television, E! Networks, Promark Entertainment, Banque Paribas, and Unapix Entertainment.

o2c has also led the sales efforts for the success and exploitation of worldwide hit television series such as: The Dog Whisperer, Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition, Whacked Out Sports, Scare Tactics and more.

o2c participates at all leading international television and communications markets such as: MIP-TV, MIPCOM, NATPE, REAL SCREEN, LA SCREENINGS, GSM, and ATF.
